Delivery Costs & Times

We’ve tried very hard to keep delivery costs as low as possible without sacrificing speed and customer service - delivery prices and times depend on your location, how much you buy and how quickly you’d like to receive your order. All our products tend to be made to order, due to our range it's not possible to keep everything in stock.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm GMT, orders placed after 4.30pm will not be processed until the next day working day. If it is a weekend, your order won’t be processed until Monday.

We do not process orders or dispatch on a Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays. All our lovely members of staff deserve a break once in a while! All timeframes below are stated from point of dispatch and you will be notified via email when your order is on its way.

Areas where we can’t deliver

While we’re more than happy to deliver your order to your place of work, there are a few exceptions. For reasons out of our control, we can’t deliver to any of the following:

Military Bases / British Forces Post Office
HM Prisons
P.O. Boxes

Customs Duty & Import Fees

As a country based in the United Kingdom, countries outside of the European Union may face customs charges and import duties upon the package reaching your country. These charges are out of the control of Dober & Dasch and we cannot be held responsible for them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and cannot be predicted. If you’d like more information on fees and charges before ordering, your best course of action would be to contact your local customs office.

Important notice: Customs offices will request payment from the person receiving the package, and it is therefore your responsibility to accept that this does happen when purchasing goods from outside your country, region and/or union. You have the right to refuse the package, which will result in Dober & Dasch needing to pay for the package to be returned to the Head Office in the United Kingdom. The cost of having the package returned to us, and the original shipping cost, will not be refunded to you as a result of this.

Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please contact our Online Customer Service Team on +44 020 8050 5051 between 9am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday*. All of our UK orders are shipped with DPD.
* This service is not available to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isles of Scilly, or the Scottish Highlands and Islands

Rest of the World

For international orders (including Ireland) we ship with FedEx. The cost of FedEx delivery varies depending on the weight and volume of the goods you order, as a result international shipping costs can only be calculated at checkout. Please note that the shipping time displayed at checkout covers only the time between dispatch and delivery. As so many of our products are made to order orders may take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
