Returns Policy

We will happily accept items back for an exchange or refund on the condition that it complies with the following rules:

  1. Items are unworn, undamaged, and suitable for re-sale.
  2. Security tags remain intact.
  3. All original packaging is returned with the goods. Do not use the Dober & Dasch presentation box as outer packaging to send goods back.
  4. We receive your items within 14 days from date of delivery.

Dober & Dasch withholds the right to deny any returns that do not comply with the Returns Policy. 

 

How to make a return (UK customers)

  1. Email customer services at support@doberanddasch.com
  2. Allow one Working Day (Monday-Friday) for the Customer Services team to approve the return request.
  3. Upon approval, UK customers will be sent a link to get a Royal Mail free returns postage label.
  4. Package up your return in secure packaging and write your order number (DDXXXXXX) on the back and send your goods back to the address below.
  5. You will receive an email when your refund/exchange has been processed. Please note, delivery costs are not refunded.

How to make a return (International customers)

  1. Email customer services at support@doberanddasch.com
  2. Allow one Working Day (Monday-Friday) for the Customer Services team to approve the return request.
  3. Once your request has been approved, package up your order in secure packaging.
  4. Write your order number (DDXXXXXX) on the back and "Returning Goods" clearly on the front of the box to avoid Customs charges.
  5. Send your goods back to the address below using any tracked courier service. 
  6. You will receive an email when your refund/exchange has been processed. Please note, delivery costs are not refunded.

Customs Charges / Import Duty and Failed Deliveries

If you are a customer outside of the European Union, your order may face customs charges/ import duty upon entry into your territory. This does not always happen, but you may be unlucky enough to have it happen to you.

Payment for these charges are your responsibility and Dober & Dasch will not pay for any import charges. If you refuse to accept charges imposed on your order, and FedEx charge us to get the items back, we will deduct the cost of this return postage from your refund value. In some cases, this may be the full amount of your original order.

If the courier attempts to deliver your order, but is unable to do so for any reason, they may hold your order at a local depot or collection point. It is your responsibility as the customer to collect your order or arrange a redelivery. If you fail to do so, and the order is sent back to us, you will not be refunded the original delivery cost and will need to repay deliver costs for us to send the order back to you again.


Detailed Return and Exchange Policy

The following policies are to ensure that your shopping experience with Dober & Dasch is fair and proper. The terms of these policies do not affect your statutory rights and are included in our full terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please email us at support@doberanddasch.com.

We will gladly exchange or refund merchandise in accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations (June 2014). The merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact. Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are of poor quality, such as a manufacturing fault. If you wish to claim that products you have purchased are faulty you must do so within 14 days of delivery. If your product is deemed damaged or faulty we will offer you a repair, exchange or a refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights.

General wear and tear, damage or colour changes that occur with usage or improper storage will be your responsibility, not the fault of Dober & Dasch. Please follow the care instructions provided with your items and if you have any questions, please contact us at support@doberanddasch.com.

Under the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’ (June 2014) customers are entitled to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their goods. Refunds will be processed once we have received the item(s). We will refund the price of the goods in full. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us unless faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken and the goods and any packaging are sent back to us in the condition in which they were received. If not, you may not be entitled to your full refund. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method as originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
